The M PP series includes small and medium-sized anti-corrosive fans, with flow rates ranging from 110 to 8500 m³/h. This range is designed to provide solutions for all laboratory equipment ventilation systems, as well as other industrial applications.

M PP three-phase – High corrosion resistance
Single-inlet centrifugal fans, made of polypropylene (PP-H), highly resistant to chemical corrosion, used for the extraction of corrosive gases. Forward or backward impellers, depending on the model, directly coupled to the drive shaft, IP55 protection, class F.
Recommended operating temperature from -10°C to + 100°C.
IE2 efficiency motors up to 0.55 kW. Premium models with IE3 efficiency.
M PP single-phase – Anti-corrosion fans available in different voltages
Single-inlet centrifugal fans, made of polypropylene, highly resistant to chemical corrosion, used for the extraction of corrosive gases. Forward or backward impellers, depending on the model, directly coupled to the drive shaft, IP55 protection. Class F.
Recommended maximum operating temperature from -10°C to +65°C.
M ATEX PP-EL-S – Used to extract corrosive gases in potentially explosive environments
Single-inlet centrifugal fans, made of electrically conductive polypropylene PP-EL-S, with forward or backward blades, depending on the model, directly coupled to the drive shaft, IP65 protection.
Fans built to operate in areas classified as Zone 1 Indoor and 2 Outdoor according to European Directive 2014/34/EU, starting in 2016.
Working temperature from -10ºC to +60ºC.
M PP with flange – Fans with direct flange connection
Single-inlet centrifugal fans, made of polypropylene (PP-H), highly resistant to chemical corrosion, used to extract corrosive gases. Fans without motor support, supported by a PP flange at the inlet. Impellers with forward or backward blades, depending on the model, directly coupled to the drive shaft, IP55 protection. Class F.
Recommended maximum operating temperature from -10ºC to +65ºC.
IE2 efficiency motors up to 0.55 kW. Premium models with IE3 efficiency.
M PP Roof – Anti-corrosive fans designed for roof installation
Centrifugal fans with rectangular polypropylene inlet adapter for roof installation. Thermoformed fans made of anti-corrosive polypropylene plastic, in grey (RAL-7032) or black (PP-EL-s for ATEX fans). These models include a rectangular anti-corrosive inlet adapter for roof installation. Available with three-phase and single-phase motors, as well as with ATEX Zone I and II (2G and 3G) classification.
IP-55 protection with 1500 and 3000 rpm motors.
Recommended maximum operating temperature between -10ºC and +100ºC.
IE2 efficiency motors up to 0.55 kW. Higher models with IE3 efficiency.
Roof fans include: motor protector, anti-bird outlet and a 606x606x50 mm inlet adapter.
Anti-corrosion fans MP and BPR series
For high flow, low and medium pressure extraction
Anti-corrosive centrifugal fans, with single inlet at low and medium pressures, manufactured on request from polypropylene or other plastic materials, depending on the application. Designed for the extraction of corrosive gases.
The MP fans are the mid-range produced by Quimipol, offering flow rates from 5000 to 14000 m³/h and pressures from 60 to 230mm c.a. [mm H2O]
The BPR fans are the range of high-capacity fans with direct drive, providing flow rates from 14000 to 42000 m³/h and pressures up to 250 mm c.a. Maximum power of 45kW. Recommended working temperature from -10ᵒC to + 100ᵒC. IE3 efficiency motors.
All models in the MP and BPR ranges can be manufactured according to ATEX regulations. In this case the fans are made of electroconductive polypropylene PPELS. Fans in Zone 1 for indoor and Zone 2 for outdoor comply with European Directive 2014/34/EU.
